🔥 GAS FIREPLACE 🔥

This property has an indoor gas fireplace which is offered as a seasonal amenity from October to March. Gas supply is shut off in other months. Our quality check team test lights the fireplace before guest check in to ensure that the pilot light is on and operating. If you have any operating issues with the fireplace, message the Host.

Note: Gas fireplace is provided as an amenity. 🔥 It provides ambiance and aesthetic, but cannot be used for cooking, making s'mores, or burning trash of any sort. Please use the outdoor firepit for making s'mores, roasting marshmallows, etc. The fireplace logs must remain in the position set by the Host. Moving the logs will cause smoldering, soot and smoke; potential pilot light outage, and will require a repair call from our fireplace technician. Guest will be responsible for damage to the fireplace and all subsequent repair needed due to misuse.

We welcome individuals and families with pets. Maximum 2 dogs or cats, but no exotic pets please. If your pet is approved by Host, a $100 pet stay fee will be collected prior to your stay.

You'll love our boarding pass and guest management system. It is designed to ensure we exceed your expectations before and throughout your stay. As soon as you reserve this property, you'll receive a welcome message that includes a link to the boarding pass for your stay. To make you feel right at home, we will need some details about you. All you need to do is click the link and follow the prompts to complete the boarding pass. If you are bringing a pet, the pet stay fee will be collected through the boarding pass. You'll sign the lodging rental agreement and house rules in this step, and will be all set to receive check-in instructions and door access codes.
